环己酮缩1,2-丙二醇的绿色化工艺的研究

摘    要:选用活性炭固载二氯化锡为催化剂,环己烷为带水剂,催化合成环己酮与1,2-丙二醇的缩酮,考察了各因素对缩合反应的影响。确定了最佳合成条件:催化剂用量1.50g,反应时间2.5h,酮醇摩尔比1:1.5,带水剂用量20mL。在此条件下,环己酮缩1,2-丙二醇的产率可达86.2%。催化剂可重复使用。

Abstract:The cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal was synthesized with stannous chloride supported on active carbon as catalyst, cyclohexane as water - separating agent. The effects on condensation of cyclohexanone and 1,2-propanediol were investigated. The optimum conditions were determined as follows:amount of catalyst 1.5 g, reaction time 2.5 h, molar ratio of cyclohexanone to 1,2 - propanediol 1:1.5, volume of cyclohexane 20 mL. The yield of cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal was up to 86.2 % under the optimum conditions. The catalyst was reusable.
