| 摘 要： | 以山西省乡宁县鄂河河道治理工程为背景，论述了城市河流综合治理所采取的措施。重点对鄂河河道治理工程的实施所产生的生态、社会效益和工程资金筹措进行了分析，形成了人一城市一环境相协调的生态发展环境。
