| Abstract: | This paper describes the main problems in PCB enterprise face and the implementation of lean production significance summarizes the basic theory of lean Production Through the implementation of lean production in enterprise by improvement case analysis and sorting, and combining the lean production practice experience of PCB enterprise, it summarizes the constraints of PCB enterprises in the implementation of lean production of the obstacle factors. It systely introduces lean production implementation strategies and countermeasures. |
