厦门某海滨住宅夏季自然通风与室内热环境实测与分析

摘    要:本文采用自动记录仪,对厦门某海滨住宅夏季自然通风与室内热环境进行实测。根据测得的自然通风时段,分析了自然通风对房间风速及室内热环境的影响。主要结论有:(1)在自然通风条件下,房间白天室内风速均值及波动值较夜间大。(2)房间在自然通风时段,室内气温均值略低于室外,室内气温波动明显低于室外且各房间气温波动差别不大;房间在非自然通风时段,室内气温均值与室外气温相当,室温变化相当平缓。(3)无论是自然通风还是非自然通风,房间的黑球温度与室内空气温度差别很小。(4)当房间处于非自然通风状态时,室内热环境总是处于"不可接受"水平,当房间处于自然通风状态时,其室内热环境几乎全时段达到"可接受"水平,且有的房间在某些时段可达到"热舒适"水平。

Abstract:In this paper, the automatic monitoring instruments were used to measure the natural ventilation and indoor thermal environment in summer for a beach residence at Xiamen , according to the measured natural ventilation period of room, the effects of natural ventilation on the indoor air velocity and indoor thermal environment were analized. The measured and analytical results show that: (1) with natural ventilation , the amplitude and average value of indoor air velocity in the daytime was higher than that at the night. (2) during the natural ventilation periods, the mean value of air temperature in the door was slightly lower than that in the outdoor, the fluctuation of air temperature in the door was significantly lower than that in the outdoor;and the differences of the air temperatur amplitude between differental rooms were small; during the non--natural ventilated period, indoor air tempera- ture changed very slowly and its mean value was almost equal to that of the outdoor air temperature. (3) Whether the room was naturally ventilated or non--naturally ventilated, there is little difference between the indoor black--bulb temperature and indoor air temperatur in the same room. (4) When the room is non--naturally ventilated, the indoor thermal environment is always in "unacceptable" level,when the room is naturally ventilated, the indoor thermal environment is almost in"acceptable" and some of the rooms can achieve the "indoor thermal comfort" in some time.
