多功能沥青摊铺机振捣系统性能仿真分析

摘    要:振捣压实装置是多功能沥青摊铺机的重要工作装置之一,通过对摊铺介质进行预压、整形和熨平,对于提高摊铺混合料的密实度起关键性作用。本文建立了振捣单元的运动微分方程,给出了振捣梁运动参数、振捣锤结构参数、振捣梁相位参数的选取原则及取值范围。提出了相位参数的对振捣性能的影响规律,包括左右振捣梁相位差、相邻振捣梁相位差和主副振捣梁相位差,对振捣器和熨平板的工作性能及可靠性有重要影响。

The simulation analysis for vibrator compaction device of multi-function paver

Abstract:Vibrator compaction device is one of the important working devices in a multi-function paver.Vibrator compaction device pre-presses,shapes and screeds the paving media,playing a key role in improving the density of mixtures.This paper establishes the motion differential equation about the vibration unit,and discusses the relevant parameters of vibration system on the paver,and gives out the selection principle or the scope of values on the motion parameters of vibration beam,structural parameter of vibration hammers and phase parameters of vibration beam.It brings the concept and scope of phase parameters which include the left and right vibrated beam phase,the adjacent vibrated beam phase and side vibrated beam phase,which has a chief effects on the working performance and reliability of vibrator and screed plant.
