冷弯成形过程仿真技术的发展

摘    要:辊式冷弯成形是一项具有显著经济效益和社会效益的板加工工艺,它又是一个涉及诸多因素的复杂的工艺过程,对其进行计算机仿真研究是十分必要的.本文将冷弯成形过程仿真的相关理论方法归结为简化解析法及运动学法、能量法、有限条法、有限元法等4类,分类介绍了国内外冷弯成形仿真技术的发展,并对相关理论的应用方式进行了介绍.同时列举大量应用实例,并就冷弯成形仿真技术的发展提出了展望.

Abstract:Cold roll forming is a sheet metal forming process with remarkable economic and social benefits. Moreover, it is a very complicated process involving a series of factors. So it is highly necessary to conduct a computer simulation research on this process. In this paper, the theoretical approaches on simulation of cold roll forming are classified into four types: simplified analytic method & kinematics method, energy method, finite strip method, and finite element method. The paper describes the development of simulation technology of cold roll forming at home and abroad with respect to these four types, accompanied by a large number of practical cases. Finally, the perspective of cold roll forming simulation technology is suggested.
