浅谈常减压蒸馏装置环境污染的风险评价

介绍了常减压蒸馏装置常态生产下存油量大，原料、产品具有易燃易爆等特征。对装置存油设备的分布、高温动设备、装置污水的来源和流向情况进行了分析，对污水溢入明沟、化学添加剂泄漏、火灾事故环境的风险进行了评价，并提出了针对存油设备、高温热油泵、含油污水系统、周边装置影响、事故污水排放、化学药剂、火灾高危点情况而采取的措施。

Risk Evaluation on Crude-oil Distillation Unit Pollution

Characteristics about inflammable feedstock and product from atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, and its large storage in normal operations are outlined. The author analyzed the layout of oil storage facilities, high temperature machinery equipments, and sewage flow. Risk evaluations are performed on open trench effluent, chemical additive leakage and potential fire disasters. Measure are proposed to deal with potential dangers in storage, hot oil pump, oil-containing sewage system, circum-machinery impact, disposal of accidental effluent, chemical additive and highly dangerous fire disaster spots.
