摘    要:首先介绍了在切圆燃烧炉膛内燃烧器流偏转方面的研究现状,然后根据对炉内流动工况的观测,提出切圆燃烧炉膛内燃烧器射流的运动在本质上是横向气流射流的运动,在分析这个充动模型的卷吸及所受作用基础上推导出射流偏转的计算方法,并针对典型600MW的炉膛进行了计算及试验验证,计算及实验验证表明,这一方法可以成功地预测四角切圆燃烧炉膛内燃烧器射流的偏转和实际切圆大小对切圆燃烧器的设计有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The research on burner jet deflection in tangential firing frunace at present is introduced in this article at first. And then, according to the observation on flowing situation inside the furnace, it is presented that burner jet motion in tangential firing furnace is actually the jet motion in transverse air flow. Under the analysis of the involution and effect received of this flowing mode, the calculation approach to jet deflection is concluded, and calculation and test verification is don to several typical civil 300~600 MW furnace. The calculation and test verification suggest that, this approach may successfully forecast the burner jet deflection and actual tangential circle size in tangential firing furnace, which has the significance to direct the design of tangential burner.
