摘    要:复合相变热交换器是基于相变换热原理发展起来的一种新型高效节能换热设备。详细阐述了复合相变热交换器的工作原理及技术特点,分析了其在降低某热电厂锅炉排烟温度上的应用以及投用效益。实际证明,采用复合相变热交换器不仅可以有效降低锅炉排烟温度、提高锅炉热效率、增加经济效益、节约大量能源,而且操作方便、使用可靠。

Application of Composite Phase Transition Heat Exchanger for Lowering Boiler Exhaust Gas Temperature

Abstract:Composited phase transition heat exchanger is a new-typical and high-effective energysaving heat exchanging equipment, which is on the basic principle of phase transition. The principle and operating feature were described in detail. The application and investment benefit were analyzed in one thermal plant, which was used to reduce boiler exhaust gas temperature. The results of reducing boiler exhaust gas temperature, enhance the heat efficiency, enhance economic efficiency and energy conservation appeared, except that, it worked conveniently and reliably.
