全焊接板式热交换器在硫磺回收装置中的应用

硫磺回收装置是化工环保装置,尾气处理单元中的贫液冷却、贫富液换热和急冷水后冷却等工艺中需使用多台热交换器,传统采用的碳钢管壳式热交换器常因垢下腐蚀或者应力腐蚀诱发失效,会造成停工、停产和一定的经济损失。通过对以往硫磺回收装置中使用管壳式热交换器过程中存在问题的分析,结合全焊接板式热交换器的优势,提出了在硫磺回收装置应用全焊接板式热交换器的可行性。对硫磺回收装置中已经应用的全焊接板式热交换器进行的工艺标定和验证结果表明,全焊接板式热交换器不但传热高效可靠,而且设备制造成本低,可以在硫磺回收装置中进一步推广应用。

Application of All Welded Plate Heat Exchanger in Sulfur Recovery Unit

Sulfur recovery device is a chemical industry environmental protection device, many exchangers are used in the lean liquid cooling, the heat exchange between the rich and the lean fluid and chilled water technologies in the tail gas treatment unit, carbon steel tube and shell heat exchangers used in tradition easily happened corrosion below scale or stress corrosion crack, which brought certain economic losses. Existing problems are discussed in using tube and shell heat exchangers in sulfur recovery unit, the feasibility of the application of all welded plate heat exchanger is put forward due to the advantages of all welded plate heat exchanger. Through carrying out calibration and verification of process in the all welded plate heat exchangers, which have been used in sulfur recovery unit, studies have shown that heat transfer performance of all welded plate heat exchangers is not only good, but also reduces the cost of the equipment. All welded plate heat exchangers can be applied in the sulfur recovery unit further.
