摘    要:针对精密机床半主动隔振系统最优化问题,建立2自由度机床力学模型;以导轨2点加速度均值最小为优化目标函数,并考虑多种约束条件,编制了具有基因库和E算子的遗传算法软件包GaE对机床隔振系统主动元件和被动元件参数进行优化.优化结果表明,用遗传算法求解2自由度机床隔振系统最优化问题是高效的,同时也是全局收敛的.

Abstract:A 2-DOF machine tool theoretic model is established for semi-active vibration isolation system optimization. This study takes minimization of 2-point mean acceleration of track as optimizing object and considers all kinds of constraints. A Genetic Algorithms software kit GaE with genetic pool and E operator is developed for optimizing the active and passive unit of the model. Optimal results indicate that Genetic Algorithms is of high efficiency and global convergencefor optimizing 2-DOF machine tool vibration isolation system.
