摘    要:针对FGD脱硫装置浆液循环泵在运行中,含有固体粒子的腐蚀性浆液对泵叶片产生磨损腐蚀,严重影响力整个脱硫系统的安全经济运行的问题,以大连庄河发电有限责任公司FGD脱硫装置1号吸收塔B浆液循环泵为研究对象,对循环泵叶片磨损腐蚀的机理进行了研究,分析了循环泵的静态腐蚀、固体粒子的冲蚀磨损以及磨损和腐蚀的交互作用对循环泵叶片材料流失的影响,并提出了有针对性的防护措施.

Abstract:This paper selected B slurry circulating pump of the FGD desulfurization device #1 absorption tower in Guodian Zhuanghe Power Generation Co.,Ltd.as research object.The wear corrosion mechanism of the circulation pump blade was studied.The blade material loss the by the static corrosion,erosion by the solid particles and wear-corrosion interaction were analyzed.Then specific protective measures were put forward.
