基于PVDF的振弦式次声波传感器设计

摘    要:针对当前用于次声波检测的次声波传感器存在的一些不足,设计一种基于PVDF的振弦式次声波传感器,建立了振弦、弹性元件、压电薄膜的数学模型,设计了调理电路,并对该传感器进行测试和验证。结果表明:该传感器具有能对次声波进行全方位接收、量程可调、灵敏度高、误差小等优点。

Abstract:Aiming at deficiencies of infrasonic wave sensor for infrasonic detection,at present,design a kind of vibration wire infrasonic wave sensor based on PVDF,establish mathematical model for vibration wire,elastic element and piezoelectric thin film,design conditioning circuit,test and verify the sensor.The results show that the sensor has the advantages of a full range of receiving infrasonic wave,adjustable range,high sensitivity,small error and so on.
