摘    要:介绍了BS7910-1999的平面缺陷的2种评定方法(1A和2A);并用这2种方法对异种钢焊缝缺陷进行安全性评定。评定结果表明,8个具有焊接缺陷的节流孔板均通过了2A评定。同时进行了焊接件的疲劳和爆破实验。实验结果显示,疲劳试验并没使原有裂纹扩展,爆破压力与无缺陷管相当。BS7910—1999的评定结论和实验结果基本吻合。

Abstract:Two evaluation ways specified in BS 7910—1999(1A and 2A) are being presented,which were used for safety assessment of 8 orifice plates containing bimetallic welding flaws.Evaluation results show that all the 8 orifice plates can pass the 2A class assessment.While in the subsequent fatigue and explosion tests carried out for welded parts,no propagation of original crack was found after fatigue test and the corresponding pressure value obtained by explosion test was equivalent to tubes with no defects.The conclusion obtained based on BS 7910—1999 is proved to be in accordance with that of verification results.
