电容器并补大功率晶闸管阀的研究

摘    要:大功率无触头电容器投切开关是实现中压配电网无功补偿的技术关键。本文对高电压、大电流、无电弧、无触头高压电容开关研制中应解决的晶闸管串联均压、光电触发系统、脉冲放大回路的取能和晶闸管“工况”的在线监测问题进行了讨论,提出了具体的实施方案和实用电路。

Abstract:The high-power non-contact switch is the key to realize the dynamic reactive power compensation in medium-voltage distribution network. This paper respectively discusses such questions as series voltage-sharing of the thyristor valve, the photoelectric trigger system, the getting energy of the pulse amplification circits and the on-line monitoring of the thyristors operating mode;also presents the detail implement scheme and practical circuits.
