摘    要:某星载相控阵天线体积大、热耗高,减重设计和快速散热是结构设计的关键。针对天线的结构设计和热设计需求,采用内部预埋槽道热管的铝蜂窝加蒙皮复合板材作为导热支撑板,实现了相控阵天线的轻量化设计和高效导热设计。采用有限元方法对天线系统的力学性能及热性能进行校核,并通过实物测试验证了新型导热支撑板能够满足设计要求。

Abstract:A satellite-borne phased array antenna has large volume and high heat consumption. The light weight design and fast heat dissipation are the key factors to its structural design. According to the requirements of its structure and thermal design, the aluminum honeycomb and skin composite plate with embedded channel heat pipe is adopted as thermal conductive support plate to realize the light weight design and efficient heat conduction design. The mechanical and thermal properties of the antenna system are checked by finite element method, and the physical test shows that the new thermal conductive support plate can meet the design requirements.
