摘    要:现有热力耦合仿真方法大多基于多种工具间的数据传递,面临数据接口开发、异构网格映射等困难,且求解使用的固定点迭代等耦合算法在求解效率、精度和收敛性等方面存在问题。文中基于开源的多物理场耦合仿真(Multiphysics Object-Oriented Simulation Environment, MOOSE)框架开发了热力耦合仿真应用程序,实现了多场统一建模和全耦合求解。通过与商业软件基准案例对比校核计算程序,证明了程序的正确性,进而成功开展了某相控阵天线的热力耦合计算,表明程序具有应用于复杂电子设备热力耦合仿真的潜力。

Abstract:The currently available thermo-mechanical coupling simulation platforms are mainly based on data transfer between multiple simulation tools, which often encounter problems of lacking data transfer interfaces and complicated grid mapping between heterogeneous meshes. Moreover, the coupling simulation algorithms such as fixed-point iteration used in those platforms often have unsatisfactory solution efficiency, accuracy and convergence. In this paper a thermo-mechanical coupling simulation program is presented based on the open source multiphysics object-oriented simulation environment (MOOSE) framework. The program is verified with a benchmark application of a commercial software and a favorable agreement is obtained. The program has successfully been used in simulation of a phased array antenna, which demonstrates its great potential in application to complex electronic device simulation.
