企业的转型升级

介绍了企业转型升级的过程,主要包括:(1)生产环境转型:涂刷油漆地面,现场配置吸尘器,混砂机除尘改造升级,砂处理系统除尘改造,冲天炉除尘,脱S改造升级,抛喷丸室除尘改造升级,更换车间屋顶采光板,建造封闭式打磨室;(2)生产方式转型:将原来的手工作业方式改为半自动化生产线,并自主设计了1条简易机械化的制芯线;(3)铸件质量转型:出炉温度提高到1500℃,灰铸铁材料实现高CE、高强度;通过更换原砂,对所有混砂机取样检测型砂和芯砂的1h、4h、24h的抗拉强度,并加强对操作者的培训。最后认为:虽然企业转型升级的过程艰难曲折,耗费大量的财力、物力和精力,但转型升级后,工人工作环境及劳动强度得到改善,铸件的质量显著提高,废品率逐年降低,取得了较为可观的效果。

The process of the process of enterprwase transformation and upgrading was introduced,these include:(1)Production environment transformation:painting the ground,installing vacuum cleaners in production sites,reforming and upgrading of the sand mixer dust elimination,replacing workshop roof lighting board,building closed grinding room.(2)Transformation of pro-duction mode:changing the original manual operation to a semi-automated production line,and a simple mechanized core-making line was designed by self.(3)Transformation of casting quality:elevating tapping temperature to 1 500 ℃,high CE,high strength of gray iron materials was realized,by changing raw sand,inspecting 1 h,4 h,24 h tensile strength of molding sand and core sand of all sand mixers,and strengthening operators training. Finally it was considered:although the enterprwases transformation and upgrading process was arduous and tortuous,a great deal of money,material resources,and energy were expended,but after transformation and upgrading,workers' working environment and labor intensity was improved,casting quality was significantly improved,casting rejection rate was decreasing year by year,considerable results have been achieved.
