京杭大运河杭州段工业遗产保护、重构策略研究

工业遗产遗留问题已成为我国城市化演进过程中所面临的主要挑战之一。本文在对京杭大运河杭州段工业遗产进行调研与分析的基础上,梳理出工业遗产的评价要素,总结杭州地域特有的遗产属性,并针对相关特性提出尺度精致化、场所平民化、功能混质性、信息识别性与廊道生态性等五个地域化的保护策略,以期达到促进地域文化融合,保护城市生活及文化脉络多样性,并使杭州近代工业文化与南宋历史文化和谐共存之目的。

The Strategy Research of Industrial Heritage Preservation and Reconstruction on Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in Hangzhou Section

The more urbanized of the city is,the more remaining problems of the Industrial Heritage would face.The study starts with the investigation of the Industrial Heritage along the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in Hangzhou,with the analysis of its attributes,the new strategies and regeneration modes we put forward are：Classification of space scale,Integration of public activity,Function mixture,Image recognition and Ecological corridor.Such study is to enhance the value of Industrial Heritage.Thus,the study aims to enhance the value of Industrial Heritage and promote its cultural integration with the Southern Song,which would diversify the life and culture in Hangzhou.
