设备腐蚀状况的脉冲涡流检测技术

摘    要:承压设备的腐蚀状况检测非常重要。介绍了一种新型的腐蚀检测技术,即脉冲涡流检测技术。该技术检测腐蚀时不需要去除绝缘层,测量数据重复性好、精度高,是一种简便、高效、经济和实用的腐蚀测厚方法。

Abstract:Corrosion detection is a very important item for pressure-bearing equipment. An advanced technique, pulsed eddy current detection, was introduced for corrosion detection. Testing results showed that it is a feasible, convenient, efficient, cost-effective and practical method without the need for removing any insulation and preparing surface.
