| 摘 要： | 以玉米自交系18红和18白为材料，取其幼胚、茎尖、成熟胚和下胚轴为外植体，对愈伤组织的诱导和植株再生进行了研究。结果表明：上述4种外植体均可诱导出愈伤，但仅从幼胚和茎尖诱导出胚性愈伤组织．转入分化培养基后获得了再生植株，而成熟胚和下胚轴不能获得再生植株。
