| 摘 要： | 提出了一种配电网网架规划的方法。通过计算供电范围内的路径数，将负荷点分配到路径上，较好地解决了使用遗传算法时难以进行编码的问题。在辐射状网架规划完成后，计算待规划区域的路径矩矩阵，该矩阵反应了配电网联络线的建设费用。在此基础上，进行配电网的联络线优化，实现中压配电网闭环设计的要求。
