| Abstract: | In order to conform with the needs of engineering construction at present, the author analyses the representative's work about the capital construction procedure, management of design and construction, project manage and contract laws. Also, the author gives the methods of dealing with the relation between the representative and construction supervision, then put forward some suggestion to the representative. |
