| 摘 要： | 在对白酒生产过程做了大量调查，研究分析基础上，着眼于具体应用需求和生产实际情况，提出了一套计算机技术辅助实现白酒勾兑调味的方案，该方案主要采用一组高效优化算法和智能信息处理方法，对白酒指标进行准确计算和最优化控制，以提高生产过程自动化程度，同时确保品酒质量的稳定性，有于降低生产，提高生产效率，该系统已应用于泸州老窑白酒生产中，应用实践表明，该方案是有效的，并适用于大多数白酒类企业的生产。

| Abstract: | Based on a lot of researching and analysing for distilled spirits in some enterprise,a computer system for compounding and seasoning distilled spirits process was put forward.In this system,an optimizing algorithm and an intelligent information process method was used to compute produce quality index and control compounding and seasoning distilled spirits process optimistically.The system accelerated distilled spirits process automation and improved the stability of distilled spirits qualities to increase produce efficiency and decrease produce costs.The system is valid for all of the distilled spirits enterprises. |
