集中供热微机测控系统中的多级通信技术

摘    要:根据集中供热采用微机控制的需要,设计了一种光电隔离的远距离通信接口电路,实现了PC/386与8031单片机间的三级通信。该微机测控系统中,从巡测仪到换热站及换热站到上位机间最远通信距离为5km.实用通信波特率为110波特。文章介绍了测控系统的硬件结构和软件编程方法。

Abstract:According to the need of microcomputer control in central heating,a distant communication interface circuit with optical isolation is designed, which can realrze three-level communication between PC/386 and 8031 microcomputer.The longest communication distance from the telemeter to beat-exchanger station and from heat-exchanger station to the main computer is 5 km.The hardware construction and software programming ways are introduced here also.
