气动元件流量特性扩展公式非线性强度分析

摘    要:针对表征气动元件流量特性的扩展公式,特别是增加亚声速指数后,难以稳定和准确地辨识气动元件流量特性参数的问题,提出在实际测量数据的基础上,计算它的固有曲率和参数效应曲率,分析该扩展式的非线性强度的方法。通过建立截面t图刻画了单个参数变化规律的置信区间,为准确计算和分析某些气动元件流量特性参数提出了新的途径。

Abstract:Since the extended flow-rate equation for pneumatic components was established,it became difficult to identify flow-rate characteristics stably and accurately.To settle this issue,a nonlinear strengthen of the extended flow-rate equation was analyzed,and its inner curvature index and parameter curvature index were calculated.By plotting its profile-based t figures and calculating its confidence intervals,a new way to analyze some parameters of the extended flow-rate equation was proposed.
