摘    要:针对具有多孔支撑结构的集成板式固体氧化物燃料电池,考虑燃料输配通道和多孔层内不同传质机理,描述阳极侧反应气的扩散过程以及温度和多组分反应气的速度分布。通过源项的处理反映出电池的电化学反应对热量和质量传递的影响,并考虑了温度和组分浓度对电极表面电流密度的影响及其相互耦合作用。通过数值方法对模型进行了求解,获得了三维的温度和组份浓度、速度分布,并得到了沿流程方向电极表面电流密度的变化规律。

Abstract:The physico-mathematical model is established based on the porous-support intrgrated-planar solid oxide fuel cell to describe the transport phenomena and the distributions of the temperature and velocity of the porous anode side.The different diffusion mechanisms under the microscale porous support and sub-microscale fuel gas distributing duct are taken into considerstion,as well as the influenc of electro-chemical reactions on the heat and mass transfer are considered in equations of the source terms.In the mathematical model,the governing equations were coupled by the temperature and are solved by numerical simulations.The three-dimension distributions of temperature,concentrations of components and velocities in the anode side are obtained.The variation of the electric current density along the flow side on the anode surface is revealed.
