Tracks of the Energy Policy Evolvement Process of the Obama Administration over one year

This paper analyzes the potential influence of the evolvement process of Obama administration＇s energy policy over one year. It points out that the Obama administration, based on new energy rules, puts forward that the USA must take the path of innovating development, and open rights of domestic oil and gas resources exploitation and deployment of new generation nuclear power generation technology now. Implementation of the above-mentioned policies will be in favor of decreasing the oil and gas dependence, improving energy mix, reducing carbon emission, increasing employment positions, and making the global energy market stable.
