阳离子乳化石蜡胶酸性施胶时影响因素的研究

摘    要:阳离子乳化石蜡胶既可用于酸性施胶又可用于中性和碱性施胶。本文主要讨论其用于酸性施 时,影响DEWS施胶效果的主要因素。实验表明将春用于酸性施胶时,施胶度明显比松香胶高,增加CEWS的用量,添加阳离子聚丙烯酰胺或阳离子淀粉,使用填料,添加适量的硫酸铝或PAC等,都对施胶度会有所改进,其与松香胶的高度相容性和相辅怀,可为造纸厂从传统松香胶的酸性施胶转变为中性施胶过渡提供便利。

Abstract:The experimental results show that the cationic emulsified wax size (CEWS) can be used to size in acid system besides neutral sixing system. Compared with the conventional rosin size used in acid system,the CEWS has higher sizing efficiency. Under no alum or polyaluminum chloride (PAC) condition, even without any other aluminium salt,the CEWS still has very good sizing efficiency in acid sizing system. But the addition of alum or PAC can improve the sizing efficiency of the CEWS. The CEWS is very well compatible with any complementary to the rosin size. When the rosin size combines with the CEWS, its sizing efficiency will be greatly improved in acid sizing system The paper studies the factors that influence the sizing efficiency for the CEWS in acid sizing system.
