钛合金薄壁件模锻工艺研究

摘    要:航空领域的发动机大量使用钛合金锻件,其中风扇三级工作叶片所用原材料为比较典型的TC6合金。通过分析TC6合金的锻造特性和成形的需要,制定了较合理的工艺方案。通过试制取得了成功。为同类钛合金薄壁件锻造积累了经验。

Abstract:Ti-alloy forgings are widely used in aeroengine, the third grade fan vane of which is made of the typical TC6 alloy. Considering the forging properties and shaping demand of TC6 alloy thin-wall forgings, a new process was explored .Practical tests show that the process is practicable and can be refemce for the comparable forgings.
