| 摘 要： | 电力工业从垄断走向市场,使得电价不再由政府确定,而是在市场机制下产生。电价波动会影响市场参与者的经济利益。时电力市场参与者而言,准确地预测电价具有非常重要的意义。详细分析和研究了电力市场现货电价的预测方法及其技术发展,阐述了各种电价预测方法的种类、预测原理、优缺点及其适用范围。

| Abstract: | Electric power industry is undergoing a process of innovation from regulation to market operation. Electricitv price was no longer determined directly by government, and was formed under condition of market mechanism. The fluctuation of electricity price will affect the profit of market participants. It is very important for market participants to accurately forecast the price. In this paper, the methods of spot price forecasting anti their technical development were detailed. The types, forecasting principle, advantages and disadvantages, anti the application of price forecasting methods in electricity markets were summarized. |
