加氢处理润滑油基础油光照沉淀的研究

摘    要:采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、基质辅助激光解吸电离-飞行时间质谱联用仪(MAILDI-TOF-MS)、红外光谱(IR)和紫外光谱(UV)等分析手段,研究了加氢处理润滑油基础油(简称加氢油)光照沉淀的组成和结构。结果表明,加氢油的沉淀含有碳、氢、氧、氮和硫元素,沉淀中最高的硫和氮含量为加氢油中硫和氮含量的200倍以上,且硫和氮含量随光照时间的延长而减少。含有硫和氮的芳香杂环化合物和多环芳烃是引起光不安定的主要化合物。加氢油经光照后产生沉淀的主要原因是加氢油对光氧化产生的极性化合物溶解能力差,生成大分子化合物是次要原因。

Abstract:The components and structure of sediments deposited from hydrotreated lube base oil were investigated intensively by means of XPS,MALDI TOF MS,IR and UV.The results showed that the sediments consisted of C,H,O,N and S elements,the sulfur and nitrogen content in sediments were 200 times more than that in hydrotreated lube base oils,and sulfur and nitrogen content in sediments decreased with the exposure time extended.The results further implicated that the precursors of these deposits were aromatic compounds containing sulfur and nitrogen in the bulk of oil.It was discovered that under ultraviolet radiation conditions,the formation of sediments mainly originated from poor solubility of the polar compounds produced in hydrotreated lube base oil,and the formation of macromolecules was the secondary reason.
