| 摘 要： | 提出了一种新的动平衡测试方法。在精密离心机主轴轴线的某一纵截面内放置两个电容测微仪,测试主轴上下两个横截面在轴向方向的振动矢量。分析电容测微仪的输出信号,对静偶不平衡在双校正面上进行了分离。

| Abstract: | A new measuring method of dynamic balance has been raised in this paper. Two capacitance displacement instruments have been mounted in a plane, which includes the axis line of the spindle of the precision centrifuge. The axial vibration vectors of transverse section of the spindle have been measured. Analyzing the readout signal of the sensors, the separation of the static and couple unbalance on the two correction planes is researched respectively. |
