| 摘 要： | 介绍一种工序质量检测与分析装置的设计思想与实现原理。该装置结合单片机和PC主机各自的功能和优势采用多级串行通信的方式，能够自动进行工件工序尺寸的检测、保存和工序质量的统计分析，并生成分析报告。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the designing idea and implementing principle of a process quality measuring device.This device adopts the multi serial communication mode,which combines the functions and advantages of singlechip computer and PC,and can automatically measure and save workpiece dimensions,make statistical analysis of process quality and produce the analysis report. |
