电脱水器内电极层数设置数量的探讨

摘    要:对电脱水器内乳化原油中水珠间吸引力进行计算后表明,靠增加电极层数、减少电极间距来提高电场强度,进而提高脱水效果的方法,不但没有作用,反而有害。原因是,水珠间的距离和水珠粒径对水珠间吸引力的影响远大于电场强度的影响。进而提出应根据脱水电源装置的不同,采用两层或一层的建议。

Abstract:Caiculation result shows that the method depending on incredsing electrode layer number and decreasing electrod layer interval to increase electric field intensity and raise the result of dehydration not only have no effect,on the contrary .it causes trouble to raise the effect. Because the effect of distance between water drops and the effect of attraction between water drops are far more larger than the effect of electric field intensity. The author suggests according to different power supply devices use one or two layers.
