高职酒店英语教学模式

随着中国经济的快速发展及国际间合作的扩大,中国酒店业开始蓬勃发展,各大酒店急需一批具备较强英语沟通能力并熟悉酒店业务的复合型人才。通过分析当前高职院校酒店英语教学现状,探索酒店英语课堂ESP与EGP有效结合的教学模式,以期提高教学水平,达到培养高素质酒店管理人才的目的。

Hotel English Teaching Model in Higher Vocational Colleges

With the rapid development of China economy and expansion of Sino-foreign cooperation,the national hotel industry begins to flourish.Many large hotels are in urgent need of interdisciplinary talents who are good at English communication and familiar with hotel business.To improve the teaching level and cultivate high-quality hotel management talent,this paper tries to explore an effective teaching model by integrating ESP with EGP in Hotel English class by analyzing the current situation of hotel English teaching in higher vocational colleges.
