水合肼法催化还原邻硝基对甲基苯酚的研究

摘    要:研究了以自制的Raney Ni、Pd/C(1%)、Fe-Al/C、FeO(OH)/C为催化剂的水合肼法还原邻硝基对甲基苯酚。确定了各催化剂的重复使用次数,考察了反应温度、反应时间、水合肼的用量等工艺条件对反应的影响,并对结果进行了分析,在各催化剂的最佳实验条件下,产品邻氨基对甲基苯酚的产率均大于92%。

Abstract:Reduction of o-nitro-p-methylphenol with hydrazine hydrate in the presence of the selfmade Raney Ni,Pd /C( 1%),Fe-Al /C,FeO( OH) /C catalyst was studied.The number of repeated use of the catalyst was determined and the effects of temperature,reaction time,hydrazine hydrate volume have been reported.We analyze the results and find that under the optimum conditions of different catalyst the yield of o-amino-p-methanephenol was over 92%.
