小套管固井工艺优化及应用

小套管固井工艺的实施为张天渠油田套损井治理探索出了一条新的治理手段。为解决实际生产、施工中遇到的问题,在加强理论研究及对已施工井资料分析的基础上,结合张天渠油田套损井特点,通过调整施工工序、小套管下深、二次固井水泥返高位置等手段对小套管固井工艺进行优化,并在现场油水井试验成功,取得了很好的经济效益。

Optimization and Application of Small Casing Cementing Process

The implementation process for small casing cementing explored a new governance methord for Zhangtianqu oil well casing damage control.To solve the problems met with in the actual producing and construction process,our company optimized the process for small casing cementing by taking a series of measures such as adjustments on the construction process,on the depth of small casing and on the high return position of the secondary cementing.These are based on strengthening theoretical study and analysis of the resources of constructed well.We did it by combining the characteristics of Zhangtianqu oil well casing damage.We have already tested the oil well on the scene and achieved great success and made good economic effect.
