离子交换技术在钨冶金中的应用与进展

摘    要:离子交换法在钨冶金过程中的净化和转型发挥了重要作用,特别是强碱性阴离子交换工艺的开发。文章通过总结近年来钨冶炼离子交换技术的发展历程,从离子交换树脂性能、交换机理以及反应工程学等方面介绍了离子交换工艺在钨冶金过程中的研究进展,着重分析了高浓度离子交换技术相较于旧工艺所存在的优势与进步性,并探讨了离子交换工艺现存的问题与不足,认为研究高效树脂、新型工艺,推进离子交换理论和工艺革新是解决提高树脂对钨的选择性以及钠碱体系下钨冶炼废液中有害固体盐含量较高等问题的有效途径。

Abstract:Ion exchange technology has played an important role in the process of the purification and transformation of tungsten metallurgy, especially since the development of strong basic anion exchange technology. A brief review on the developments of the technology is given associating with the resin modification, exchange mechanism and reaction engineering, especially comparing the ion exchange technology of highly concentrate tungsten solution with the past one. In addition, the existing problems are discussed. The development of highly efficient resin, new exchange technology or advancing the ion exchange technology theory to improve resin's tungstate selectivity and the higher content of hazard solid salt in waste water are some suggested solutions.
