摘    要:对五坐标数控机床进行按结构分类,根据旋转轴和直线轴运动中产生的非线性误差分析,针对现有的二维刀具补偿原理,利用运动学变换算法推导三维空间的刀具半径补偿公式,并在误差范围内对算法公式进行了结果验证,较好实现了功能,为研究空间刀具半径补偿技术提供了一种新的手段。

Abstract:This paper classifies the five coordinate CNC machine tools according to the structure,analyses the non-linear error in the movement of to the axis of rotation and the straight axis.In view of the existing two-dimensional cutting tool compensation principle,the paper derives the kinematics transform algorithm tool radius compensation formula of three-dimensional space,and the results have been carried out to verify the algorithm formula error range,which better realizes the function,and provides a new means for the study of space tool radius compensation technology.
