| 摘 要： | 宁夏农村电网，因触摸户外表箱外壳接地引下装置导致的人身伤亡事故时有发生。为此，对取消户外表箱外壳接地装置的可行性进行了分析研究。研究结果表明，取消农网户外表箱外壳接地装置是可行的，但需要采取必要的配套安全措施。

| Abstract: | At the present, in the rural network of Ningxia Hui Nationality Autonomous Regin, the casualty accidient often happened because of touching outdoor electric quantity meter box shell grounding lead device, so makes analysis and research on the feasibility of cancelling outdoor electric quantity meter box shell grounding device, the results show that it＇s feasible to cancel outdoor electric quantity meter box shell grounding device, but which needs to match the necessary safe measures. |
