准贝氏体高强耐磨钢的开发和工艺研究

摘    要:研究在典型贝氏体钢的成分基础上加入阻止碳化物析出的元素S i,开发出以贝氏体铁素体(BF)和残余奥氏体(AR)组成的准贝氏体组织的高强耐磨钢,在适当的工艺下钢板可获得最佳的综合性能,具有良好的强韧性、耐磨性和焊接性。

Abstract:The study is that based on the composition of typical bainitic steel,element Si is added,which inhibits precipitation of carbide,high strength wear-resistant steel is developed,which contains quasi-bainitic structure consisting of bainitic ferrite(BF)and residual austenite.With proper process,the plate can possess optimum combined properties,excellent strength and toughness,wear resistance,Weldability.
