| 摘 要： | 提出一种以数控编程预处理系统来实现低成本提高数控编程效率的思路，并综合分析了开发此种系统的各项关键技术及其实现过程。该系统的模块化结构设计主要包括界面设计、计算处理模块设计、图形处理模块设计等，并根据用户要求可移植、互操作、易扩缩，对平面轮廓型零件的数控加工尤其有效。

| Abstract: | An idea to improve the efficiency of numerical control programming by developing a pretreatment system was put forward. The key technologies about this system and its realization process were analyzed. The modular structure of this system includes interface, calculation processing module, graphic processing module designing and so on. It can be transported, mutual operated, enlarged and contracted easily according to user, which is extremely effect to NC machining of face profile parts. |
