光伏系统中蓄电池的充电保护IC电路设计

摘    要:在蓄电池的充电管理以及保护中,使用单片机控制或者使用分立元件构成的控制器电路复杂并且占用面积大、功耗高,使其在很多场合特别是在光伏系统中的使用受到限制。为了解决蓄电池充电和保护电路的分离以及占用面积较大的问题,设计了采用CSMC 0.6μm CMOS工艺实现的集蓄电池充电和保护功能于一身的IC,可以实现对免维护铅酸蓄电池的浮充充电以及过充、过放、过流保护。采用Cadence中的Spectre,对电路进行了分析设计与初步的前端仿真,达到了基本的设计要求。

Abstract:For the charging and protecting of the storage battery in photovoltaic system managed by MCU or independent component,the use of it is restricted in some fields. The charger and protector of the storage battery are independent at present,and also wasting lots of area. An IC integrated with the abilities of charging and protecting,with the CSMC 0.6 μm model was introduced. The IC achieves the float-charging and the protection of over-charge,over-discharge,and over-discharge current. The simulation was done by the spectre tools of Cadence. The analysis,designing and front-ended simulation mostly accomplished and achieved the basic designing requirements.
