摘    要:对制造和安装误差影响下的杆件可靠性指标加以修正。以桁架结构为例,先建立在制造和安装误差影响下节点坐标变化量和杆件变形量的线性关系,再利用最小势能原理求出最可能杆件变形,并利用测量统计学中协方差传播律求解杆件初始内力的协方差阵,进而求出修正的可靠性指标。最后给出了算例和扩展讨论,结果表明。上述方法有效且具有相对广泛意义,也适用于刚架结构。

Abstract:The reliability index affected by manufacturing and fixing errors is defined. Taking truss structures as examples, the linear relation between the changed quantity of node coordinates and the pole deformations affected by manufacturing and fixing errors was established. The most probable pole deformations were inferred by means of principle of minimum potential energy. Using covariance propagation out of statistical method of measurement,the covariance matrix solution of original internal forces can be realized in order to get the modified reliability index. Lastly, an example computation and extensive discussions arc given for effective demonstration of the upper method which is of relatively extensive significance and also applicable for rigid frames.
