摘    要:随着电网联系的日趋紧密,电压控制区间的耦合程度也日益密切,往往使常规的分区电压控制策略很难实施.文章基于Ward等值考虑了相邻电压控制区间的无功影响,对现有的分区电压控制策略进行了改进,并以新英格兰系统为例进行了数字仿真,证明了采用新的控制方案后,相邻电压控制区的无功电压变化对本区域电压控制性能的影响明显减弱,从而验证了改进的电压控制方案的有效性.

Abstract:Along with the increasingly closer contact within power grid, the couplings among voltage control areas (VCA) become closer too, so it is hard to implement the conventional areal voltage control strategy. On the basis of Ward equivalent the impact of reactive power in adjacent voltage control areas is considered, the existing areal voltage control strategy is improved and taking the New England power system for example the improved areal voltage control strategy is simulated. Simulation results show that using new control scheme the impact of the variation of reactive power and voltage in adjacent voltage control areas on voltage control performance of local area is evidently weakened, thereby the effectiveness of the improved voltage control scheme is verified.
