| 摘 要： | 阐述新贸易保护主义的主要形式,具体分析了新贸易保护主义对我国对外贸易的影响,并提出互利共赢＂、走出去＂和区域经济合作战略政策及应对贸易救济措施、技术性贸易壁垒和蓝色壁垒三种主要新贸易保护主义形式的政策措施.

| Abstract: | By describing the main forms of new trade protectionism,this article makes a specific analysis of the effectiveness of new trade protectionism in our foreign trade,and then proposes the strategies of win-win,go-global and regional economic cooperation and how to deal with the new trade protectionisms of trade remedy measures,technical barriers and blue barriers. |
