摘 要: | 高气溶微泡浮选槽通过泵加压入料,经喷射作用造成真空吸入空气,使矿浆与气泡充分混合,形成高气溶体,实现充分矿化,从而可以去掉动力消耗高的叶轮搅拌机构;同时,由于先形成高气溶体,造成气泡与矿物充分接触的机会,相应减少浮选时间,达到提高单位体积的处理能力,提高极细粒物料浮选效果的目的。

Abstract: | The rich microbubble flotation cell is an equipment that,fed under pressure by pump,sucked in air through the spraying of pulp flow,could realized the thorough agitation and efficient mineralization,so that a rich microbubbled slime is formed.Meanwhile the cell can get rid of the high engrgyconsumeing impeller device.Due to the formation of rich microbubble slurry,the contact opportiunty of coal and bubble is increased.and so the flotation time decreased.The cell is more efficient for fine coals and its capacity is relative larger. |
