| 摘 要： | 当今社会是知识的社会信息的社会，企业信息化成为提高企业竞争力的有力手段。通过分析企业信息的分类特点，讨论了应该使用什么样的信息管理平台来管理企业的生产信息及员工日常工作信息，进一步阐述了如何挖掘这些宝贵的信息资源。

| Abstract: | Today there are many technologies and information in the world, Information has become a effective means to improve the competition power of the enterprise. This article expound how to find a platform of manage information and how to manage personal information in the daily work by analyzing the characteristics of information sorts. This article also expands the method of how to collect and search these worthful resources. |
