摘    要:采用GT-Power软件实现了对微型车CN100消声器的设计和优化。通过建立消声器消声性能与发动机工作过程的耦合仿真模型,完成了消声器声学性能和空气动力性的仿真分析。在耦合模型中,插入损失与压力损失可在一次计算过程中同时获得,减少了计算时间。采用仿真和试验验证相结合的方法,针对尾管总体噪声值和四阶噪声值高于设计要求,对消声器进行了改进,改进后尾管的总体噪声值下降了6.4 dB(A),基本达到了设计要求。

Abstract:The GT-Power software was used to design and optimize the CN100 muffler.The acoustic and aerodynamic performance simulation were carried out by establishing the working process model of engine and the simulation model of muffler.In the coupled model,the insertion loss and pressure loss can be calculated at the same time and the calculating time is shortened.By means of performance simulation and experiment, the tail pipe noise of modified muffler is reduced by 6.4dB(A),which achieves the exhaust design requ...
